4.3 No Liability for Service Interruptions

We accept no liability for:

• Loss of data or work in progress

4.4 Maximum Liability Cap

In jurisdictions where liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, or €10 (ten euros), whichever is less.

6. Service Description & Limitations

6.1 What the Service Does

eSynapses provides AI-powered analysis of news articles using automated methodology. The Service:

• Analyzes article text using artificial intelligence
• Applies a documented scoring methodology (MODEL v6.2)
• Generates detailed reports with citations
• Provides accuracy scores and classifications

6.2 Service Limitations

Important limitations:

• AI Limitations: AI can make mistakes, miss context, or misinterpret information
• Methodology Limitations: No methodology is perfect or universally applicable
• Language Limitations: Currently optimized for Slovenian media
• Scope Limitations: Only analyzes text content, not broader context
• Temporal Limitations: Analysis based on information available at time of analysis

6.3 What the Service Does NOT Do

The Service does not:

• Guarantee accuracy of analysis results
• Replace human editorial judgment
• Determine absolute truth or falsehood
• Provide legal determinations of liability
• Serve as evidence in legal proceedings

7. User Accounts & Access

7.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

7.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability.
